Why do all good things come to an end? :(?

so more good things can begin! and besides, how can you appreciate something unless you've experienced the opposite (or at least are aware of the opposite)? a lot of bad things can lead to good things, you've just got to be willing to wait for it, work for it, or accept the situation and realize how it may not have been all that great to begin with. and maybe it didn't end at all. maybe it just transformed and is waiting for you to recognize it again. plenty of possibilites. so never worry yourself with bad ideas! it only causes pessimistic tunnel vision -- and that's no fun!

because all good things always end if we want them to.Some good things go on forever especially if your with your souldmate and it is great.

because they have to or else by the end of our lives we would have a heap of good things. and the bad things that take place in our life make us appreciate the good. i wish that the good things would never end too, but then i would probally not apprecaite those times as much.

think about it - if everything we had stayed the same.wudn't you just start to take it all for granted? The fact that things [life, relationships...etc] end makes them fun, exciting, and you cherish them because of the fact that you could lose them.

Good things get their 'good-ness' by comparing them to 'bad things'. If the 'good' conditions never changed, there would be nothing to grant them 'good-ness'!

Somewhere in the bible its states that everthing has its own time... a time to live and a time to die...a time to reap and a time to sow etc. I will be looking for it .

It's just a worldly saying or philosophy of men... Life is truly what you make it... and time and circumstances affect us all... We weren't created robots but as human beings with a free will... The sun is a good thing and won't come to an end. The moon, the earth is there to time indefinite or so says the only book which claims divine inspiration... Men or mankind has a way to ruin most of everything in its path... but all of that is temporarily as a thousand years to us, humans is but a day to the Creator who will have no choice but to step in before we destroy this planet with our greed and ignorance... and will clean it and restore it to its perfect conditions... which is how it was created in the first place... We are the ones blowing it, not God... and He will fix it before He allows us to ruin it altogether... and will destroy those ruining it so that the rest of us can get back what He originally had in mind for us all... everlasting life on His paradise earth... Don't break your head... Your good heart won't ever come to an end... if you safeguard it and watch over it... Love never fails... There are many good things that don't come to an end... It's just a worldly stupid mentality that says that to those who don't know God and have lost hope... We don't have to be like that... says the true God in the Bible!
