Why do i cry myself to sleep?

i am over weight i feel no one loves me i think about killing my self sometimes i want to be loved i want to have friends i try every day to lose weight and sometimes i don't eat at all why am i still living?
Answer:
There may be more to your problem than weight. Once I lost 25 pounds but guess what - I was still depressed. Talk to your doctor about getting in shape. A friend of mine lost 60 pounds on her own willpower, but she's been going to a doctor to help lose the rest. I know one of the things she gets is Vitamin B shots. They also tested her thyroid and there was an issue there. She is very careful about what she eats but I believe this is a medically supervised diet. That is just an example of what's out there today.

Get involved with some activities along with trying to lose weight. Maybe volunteer somewhere or get a part-time job in a field you enjoy. I bet you will find alot of support and maybe even a "buddy" who wants to lose weight with you. Join the "Y" or a gym, they are real healthy places full of upbeat people with fitness as their goal. Our "Y" has a variety of activities, - step aerobics, floor aerobics, kick boxing, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, free weights, weight machines and a pool. "Y"'s charge on a sliding scale fee, so if you thought a gym may not be affordable, think again.

If you happen to meet any stray dogs along the way, it would be a good idea to antagonize the creatures in order to add some vigor to your workout.
Now Sydney, the remaining portions of your day should be filled with interesting activities and new studies to keep your mind active and in balance, complimentary to what you have done with the physical side of yourself.

Your still living because your not dead (as far as I know). If you really feel bad about your weight then I would suggest that you change your diet to a healthy one and exercise everyday.
You may feel like your ugly and dont deserve to live but i bet you beautiful on the inside. I also bet if you smile and start conversations with people you would have more friends. If it makes you feel better everyone has flaws and everyone has great things about them to, either it's a great smile or a great athlete or pretty eyes. I bet you have something unique about you. Just take fay by day and maybe hire a nutricienist and lose weight healthy and talk to someone about how you feel. I bet your a great person%26gt;
God loves you, and you are precious to Him. He has prepared a wonderful Heaven for you. Are you willing to go there. Jesus died on the Cross; by trusting Him you have forgiveness of sins and qualified for Heaven. Please go to church to talk with a preacher. He can help you free of charge.
ok dude..relax! u seem emo.im an hispanic emo gothic punk kid..if u decide to commit suicide be my gues.but i can probably help you to get atleast a bf or something. do not starve yourself dude. just eat alot of fuites and vegetaables.no steak though..work out 5 days a week for an hour straight-situps,cruches and pushups and drink alot of water when ou work out. if you dont you could get too dehidrated and die probably..if u do what i say for a month i am sure that you would get atleast an almost perfect flat stomach. dude just try it. and lay off th fat food..actually only eat like a tiny bit fat food only on saturday. if u email me a pic of u. i could no more to tell you about what you can do for haircuts or something
I am sorry to hear that. But you are not alone. There are many people that do that, unfortunately.

You need to change your thoughts and opinions of yourself to positive ones. When you do that things will change for you.

You must dismiss those bad thoughts as soon as they come into your mind. Everytime the thought enters your mind, dismiss it imediately and replace it with a positive thought.

A great book to read is called, "The Magic of Believing" by Claude Bristol

Have you heard of affirmations? Affirmations are very powerful. Many great business leaders use affirmations. There are many books and websites on the subject. You have heard of "ask and you shall receive". That is an affirmation! Your negative thoughts are an affirmation, as well. Do a search on the internet for "positive affirmations" Pick an affirmation(s) and say it everyday or create your own affirmations.
