Why do i feel like this?

some days im fine. some days im not. even if nothing has been going wrong, at home or school, i still feel so blah. like useless and not worthy of anything. i know when im bored but what im experiencing i know its got nothing to do with boredom. sometimes i think i suffer with depression but idk im not sure what to think. im so confused. some sort of advice?? oh and idk whereto put this type of question so...u mite find it in the wrong topic

well first of all you are not useless!! Second, you need to talk to someone about what you are feeling. Its possible that you are clinically depressed and may need medical help. If you have a regular doctor, you need to talk to him/her about these issues. If you don't, you could call your local community health dept and they could direct you to places in your area that can help you. It may be that you may benefit from some sort of therapy, whether it be in a group or individual. By no matter what you choose, I highly recommend that you seek some sort of professional help. These kinds of feelings can almost always get out of hand if let untreated. Good luck and know that the first step in healing your mind is realizing that the problem exists in the first place.

You might indeed be depressed. It is common among teens. Ask your mom to take you to a family practitioner, (GP) and go from there.

So, you are in school - young I presume. If that is so, have you noticed that this blah feeling is coming the week before your period? If that is the case, you are just a normal female and it is called PMS (pre-menstral syndrome) or wacky female hormones.
