Why do I feel dizzy?

Sometimes during school I feel dizzy, usually at the same time. I'm not eating less or anything (I'm always eating). On my mom's side of the family, we get real bad headaches sometimes, but I don't know if it has to do with this. Why is this happening?
Answer:
I thought you might have an inner ear infection or low blood pressure, they too can cause dizziness.
if it is just before lunch time, your sugars could have gone lower
Too much salt in your diet, maybe your tired, or pregnant...I'm not sure, see your doctor if it concerns you.
You might have low blood sugar in your family, I do and we all feel better when we eat a balance of protein and carbs throughout the day. Too much or too little can make you moody and tired or give you a headache. Sugar is okay in pinch (like a piece of candy) but protein is better for stabilizing your blood sugar.
something with sugar but i cant remember whats it called??
My husband has the same problem...his sugar gets low and he gets light headed or gets a headache...Eat more frequently but less at a time to keep your sugar at a more stable level...see your Doc!
Two questions to consider:

1. Do you battle allergies?--they could contribute to the headaches and having a congested head/ears could cause dizzines.

2. You say you are eating, but WHAT are you eating? You could by hypoglycemic or be insulin resistant. Does your diet mainly consist of starches/sugars (breads, milk, cereal, or even fruit/fruit juices...) If so, you should trying balancing out your diet with more protein.

Try having some peanut butter or some string cheese on hand and eat a few ounces before the time you usually feel dizzy.

If you can't find a common sense solution, see your doctor.
dizzyness could mean anxiety -- is there anything you think could be triggering this same-time-every-day dizzyness?
