Why do i become nervous in malls or other such crowded places.?

My heart starts to beat faster and i feel a sense of doom on me.
Answer:
Social Anxiety, Social Phobia, Possible Avoidant personality disorder.

I have been there. Do some research on these topics. There is a lot of good information out there.

If possible, I would recommend seeing a therapist, they really can help.
Sounds like you are developing a phobia. Go see a hypnotist, it will be gone forever. No reason to live your life like that.

You might have claustrophobia.

It could be that you are self-consious like me. I am always feeling that people are looking at me and that I stand out...and not for the better. It turns out that my levels are off. I am taking an anti-depressant which is very common. This is to help my anxiety.

Don't be afraid to take them. They are common and you will feel better about yourself within 2-3 weeks. Talk to a doctor to get a professional diagnosis.

An article from the net, Just for you:

"Hi Derek!

I still have some nervousness left. Is there some technique to get rid of all Nervousness in less than 10 secs?

Hi!

For nervousness, first remove any nervous ticks. Don't fidget around. Begin to move your body, hands, and head slower.

Remember, the naturally attractive male is totally relaxed, in body, movement and thought.

Slow down ALL your movements by at least half speed.

Nervousness can be felt in your voice as well, so slow down your rate of speech so that you demonstrate that you are in no hurry to get your point across.

Now for a ten second exercise to get rid of your nervouseness,

1. Go the feel of the old feelings of nervousness...feel where it begins in your body...what麓s the first thing you feel when it happens?

2. When you have this feeling, move it away from your body by imagining the feeling traveling down from your mind into the palm of your left hand as a ball of energy..

3. Now start to feel the feelings you get in your body when you are totally relaxed.totally comfortable and having a REALLY good time...then DOUBLE IT.

4. When you have this feeling, move it away from your body by imagining the feeling traveling down from your mind into the palm of your right hand as a ball of energy..

5. Now take both balls of energy and put them together and merge them as one..so that each time you get the old nervousness, you automatically go into rlelaxation.

Do this at least 21 times in a relaxed state and you will find that before that or even sooner, you can do it in the moment, in ten seconds flat, no problem.

If you want to find out more ways to get rid of your nervousness and become what women want, you鈥檒l want to check Seduction Science, the entire process is all explained there and I take all the guesswork out of it."
Derek Vitalio-
it could be claustrophobia
my sister had that and it was there were to many poeople in the areafor her.

go to a huge area that has very few people
you might be an introvert, check out the introvert advantage. introverts don't like crowded places. their brains are made so crowded places make overstimulation in their brain
sounds like social anxiety disorder.I take Zoloft for this' works good for me, ask your doctor about it.
sounds like you have social anxiety.See a dr. but you don't need to jump on meds right away or anything, always get a second opinion.
I believe you're devloping a phobia due to the amount of people around you. These people are unknown to you and you don't know what to expect. The feeling of doom is explained by this.
